Johanna Hens is studying Media and Cultural Management with a focus on film in her final semester in Cologne. She was fascinated by the film industry from an early age. Johanna has been in front of the camera since the age of 12 and gained experience in a wide variety of productions in the film, television and advertising industries. After graduating from high school, she became more and more enthusiastic about working behind the camera and finally decided to study in this field. She wants to make developing, telling and realising stories and her fascination for the process from the initial idea to the finished project/film her profession. As a casting assistant with Iris Baumüller, she gained further important insights and acquired exciting experience. She is full of motivation to learn and gain valuable experience in this team and will now be supporting us in various areas.
