CEO\/Main Producer<\/p>

Before founding “307 production GmbH” in Cologne in April 2022, Simone worked for many years as a producer and Head of Development. She is responsible for multiple award-winning productions such as “Das wei\u00dfe Kaninchen” (“The white rabbit”), “Eine gute Mutter” (“A good mother”), “Weil du mir geh\u00f6rst” (“Because you’re mine”), and “Sterben ist auch keine L\u00f6sung” (“Dying is no solution either”). Recently, she produced, among others, the film adaptation of the Ramstein airshow disaster, the bestseller “Lost in Fuseta,” and the deaf drama “Du sollst h\u00f6ren” (“You shall hear”). Simone served as a jury member at the International Filmfest in Emden, the Max Oph\u00fcls Prize in Saarbr\u00fccken, and the Semi-Final Judgings of the International Emmy Awards. She loves challenges, and challenges love her back. As long as the stories Simone produces are relevant and profound, no obstacle is too high for her.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Commercial Managing Director<\/p>

After studying sociology at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Beate discovered her passion for film and entered the film industry. Ever since, as a production manager, it has been her mission to achieve the best possible result within the available budget. Beate sees a film team as a mosaic, where each crew member is an important part of the artistic whole. With this mindset, she collaborates with colleagues and clients to consistently work towards the best outcome. Beate has navigated through over 200 productions, ranging from series and shows to award-winning individual pieces in various genres in Germany and around the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Over 20 years ago, Anemone completed her voluntary service in the Fiction department of Cinecentrum Hamburg and has been working as a producer since then, contributing to the production of multiple award-winning films such as “Weil du mir geh\u00f6rst” or “Sterben ist auch keine L\u00f6sung.” What Anemone loves most about her job is the constant need to be flexible in response to changing situations. She often finds unconventional solutions when things seem to be falling apart. Additionally, she possesses a keen sense for stories and a profound knowledge of dramaturgy.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Producer<\/p>

Cara studied Media, Communication, and Social Sciences in Trier. After her internship at the ZDF editorial office “Das kleine Fernsehspiel,” it became clear to her that she wanted to turn her passion for writing and filmmaking into a profession. She moved to Cologne, where she worked as a Junior Producer after completing her training. She was involved in projects such as “Sterben ist auch keine L\u00f6sung” and “Ramstein \u2013 Das durchsto\u00dfene Herz.” Since May 2022, she has been strengthening 307 production as a Producer. Cara is not easily disturbed – when things get hectic around her, she’s the one who keeps a cool head.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Junior Producer \/ Coordination<\/p>

Jolina discovered her passion for film at a young age when she took her first steps in front of the camera as an actress. She gained valuable experience in diverse and exciting film projects and later worked as a creative producer for a renowned fashion magazine in Vienna and as a second assistant director on a popular ARD series.<\/p>\n

In the final film of her degree programme \u2018Media: Conception & Production\u2019, she not only wrote the script, but also directed the film and was responsible for the entire production, post-production and finally the distribution of the film.<\/p>\n

With her cheerful and engaging manner, Jolina masters even the most turbulent situations and has been strengthening 307 production as a Junior Producer & Team Assistant trainee since mid-November 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>
